Applies Confusion rather than Stun. It cannot add Confusion to a Bunny who is already in Panic, and it no longer affects Bunnies while they are in cages, in LeBox, jumping in the Lost Hat, in rabbit piles, or in the other protected or committed states covered by the August 2 hotfix. The August 11 update also replaces the Scream notification sound.
